On November 26, Xixia Culture Park Ski Resort formally opened and received large number of tourists. According to information, Xixia Culture Park Ski Resort was the first ski resort opened in out district.
Xixia Culture Park Ski resort is located in No. 1496 Beijing West Road, Xixia Distrct. The transportation conditions are good, with Bus No.17 directly leading to the resort. The Ski Resort covers an area of 20,000m2, with an average elevation of 1100m to 1200m. The whole ski field is broad and extends from east to west. and it can accommodate over 2000 people to proceed on-snow recreational activities. There are projects such as scrambling motorcycle, cosplay of counter strike, archery, kart, pottery experience, wine tasting, etc.
Xixia Culture Park Ski Resort was the first ski resort opened in our district, indicating the beginning of winter tourism. It has satisfied the needs of the tourists to experience ice and snow projects, enriched the winter tourism market of Ningxia and meanwhile responded to the call of the “Traveling in Ningxia in Winter and Enjoying Sunshine” 2016 Ningxia Winter Tourism Activity and Helan Mountain Snow and Ice Tourism Festival held by the Tourism Development and Reform Commission of the autonomous region. During the opening of ski resort, there are many preferential measures to benefit the tourists and sharing the premium of tourism development in the whole region.
